This is the second pair I've bought on Sierra Trading Post for my son, and I"ve also bought a pair for myself. These are wonderful slippers - keep kids' feet warm and stay on because of high cuff. Also, bottoms are coated and non-skid! I also bought an adult-sized pair for myself!

We live in the Northeast with tile floors on top of a cement slab, so slippers are a must in the winter. These keep our daughters feet toasty warm.

My Son uses these slippers as house shoes during the winter months. They are perfect. Nice and warm and stay on the feet while he is running around and jumping all over the place. The only con I have is that they last only about one winter, maybe two, but for the price they are worth it.

Went on a slipper buying expedition after moving into a new home with a frigid basement. These are for my 20 month old daughter who hates socks and shoes. I intentionally bought them a bit big so she could wear them for a while. She asks to put these on and the cuff helps them stay on her feet. They keep her toes nice and warm and she really seems to love wearing them!

  • Question “Hi,|My kids wear size 2 and 3, what sizes would you recommend”
Asked on 1/23/2013 12:00:00 AM by Tania from Unknown
    • Answer If you hover your mouse over or click on the Euro sizes the corresponding US shoe size will appear. I.E. 18 (US: Size 3½) The smallest size we have available is the EU 18 which is a US 3.5.

Asked on 7/19/2012 12:00:00 AM by Kelly from Minneapolis, MN
    • Answer If you hover over the "Sizes Available" with your mouse, a tap will appear and provide you with the correct numeric sizing. I hope this helps.

  • Question “Hello,|For some reason it's not very easy to determine sizing with these... I did consult your sizing chart but found it to be confusing. I would like to buy these for both a 14 month old and if possible, for an infant (0-3 mos, or 6-12 mo's.) Could you please advise me on what size a 14 mo old would take, and whether this bootie is made for an infant as well and if so, what size? Also, instead of listing the US size next to the Euro size, it would be VERY VERY helpful if you would list by approximate age, which seems to be the way most baby product sizes are given, ie: 0-3 mos, 6-12 mos, etc. Many thanks!!”

  • Question “Does this boot have any rubber on the bottom?”
Asked on 12/18/2010 12:00:00 AM by sandy from derwood, md
    • Answer No, they have a boiled wool bottom as well.
Answered on 12/27/2010 12:00:00 AM by Customer Care from Sierra Trading Post
    • Answer It's a wool bottom that has a very, very light coating - not rubberized - more like a slight clear polish to keep them from slipping. Best worn inside, but my girls also wear them outside on dry leaves / trampoline. Not for wet weather.

  • Question “My son wears an 8 in stride rites, those are the only shoes he has ever worn. How does that compare to these sizes? He is 21 months yet big for his age and wears a 2T, just fitting into a 3T.”
Asked on 1/8/2010 12:00:00 AM by Nizhoni from Arizona
    • Answer You will want to compare his size with the number in the () as those are US sizes. It starts in toddlers sizing and goes up to Kids and then Youths. He would be in the 18 range I imagine.|Unfortunately we are currently out of this item, but we suggest signing up for the My Updates as the best way to monitor incoming products.
