I bought a pair for each of my sons, who are very tall (6-foot-2 and 6-foot-4) and wiry. They asked that I order size M rather than L, and that turned out to be a good call. The waist fits fine and there's no annoying bagging in the crotch or knees. Yes, the length is short, but that's what they wan... Read More

I am 8' & 210 lbs and I ordered an X Large and they fit perfectly. I even washed them in hopes to tighten them a little. I normally wear a size 36 waist and 32 length pant and these fit nicely. As for the warmth, I will still need to test these as I live in southern California

My husband loves these ! He has never had any long underwear before and wasn't sure he would like them. These are perfect. He will use them beneath his exercise pants when we are cycling in cold weather. They will also serve as his pj's on our cycling trip. They weigh almost nothing and will serve dual purpose !!

These are the warmest things I have ever worn for the weight. Took them with me as my only warm item on a recent 5 day trip. I wore them at night to bed and kept very comfortable at night in a 35 degree bag with overnight temps near 33 (insulated pad underneath). I plan on using them in the winter for hunting now as well. Looking for a pair on sale for my wife now. Very soft, well made.

Two years ago I bought a pair of Icebreakers and a comparable pair of Smartwool long johns. I alternated wearing them for a season, so they got approximately equal wear. The Smartwool ones were shredded in the knees by the end of the first season. The Icebreakers are still in good shape. So, I bought two more pair from Sierra.
