I purchased this pack for my Golden Retriever. She is @ 65 lbs. The fit is good due to the many adjustable straps. The pack tends to slip a little and requires adjustment occasionally. The pack size is OK. a water bottle in each side with plenty of room for other items. I did find out that is my dog backs up with the lead attached to the packs "D" ring, she can pull it off.

if your looking for a dog daypack this would be great. This pack was for my 70lb aussie prynees mix, fits him well but is much too small for using in multiday backpacking. Sent back and ordered a granite gear medium pack, they are much larger.

This pack fits our 50lb, 9 month old vizsla puppy just perfectly. He seems to really like carrying things! We've used it on the trail a few times and it performed well. The quality seems very good, especially considering the STP price.
The medium will fit a dog that is 50-80 lbs.

I have a Small Munsterlander that weighs 50lbs. His girth is about 26 inches, and a medium fits him with plenty of room to go bigger, and a little room to go smaller. I would recommend a medium. Awesome product, highly recommended for your puppy.

My Std Poodle has a 26" girth and the Med is almost too large for him. I suspect the Med would be perfect for your greyhound.
