Information about OllyDog Plush Dog Bed - Extra Large
Overstock fabric. Your four-legged friend will love snuggling into this extra large OllyDog plush dog bed. It may even be enough to lure him away from that particular spot on the couch you always seem to be competing for.

I have several of these, and have been using them long enough to make commentary on their durability: They last through washing machines and a wild pack of critters who love them, gnaw on them (occasionally) and waller around on them! What's even better, is they do not cost and arm and a leg (espec...

Very disappointed when I received two of these extra-large dog beds. They are thin and not a good value. Based on the picture used to display the product, I expected much larger, thicker beds. I have one 80 pound dog that just fits. Larger lab uses the bed for a pillow, it's too small for him to lie on.

My in-laws have a ski condo that is pet friendly. Everyone in our family has dogs, so I thought a nice compact pet bed would be a welcome addition to the condo. I have 3 dogs (cocker spaniel, shephard-chihuahua mix, and a chihuahua puppy. My in-laws have a black lab. All dogs seemed to enjoy this pet bed. It is not nearly as thick as the luxurious pet beds we have at home, but I was looking for something that would store easily under a bed or in a closet when not in use at the condo. This pet bed fit the bill. It has a very nice soft micro-fleece cover. My cocker spaniel is 15 and has some "leaky" problems, so I threw the entire pet bed in the wash after she used it. It washed up perfectly. No complaints with this pet bed. Just be prepared that it is NOT a thick pet bed. It's more like throwing a soft thin extra large pillow on the floor.

I almost ordered the large size because our dog is not that big - about 60 pounds. Luckily, I read the dimensions and saw that it would be too small. the extra large is just right for her. It is great for travel - flexible enough to use on the back seat between my kids in the car.
Looking at the dimensions I do not think it would be large enough once he is full grown.

Spencer, If he curls up I would say yes it is big enough, but if he sprawls out when resting it might be a little small for a 200lb. dog.

I don't think it would be a good purchase. I think it looks like a postage stamp under our 80 pound lab. We have friend with a 200lb. mastiff and he would definitely not fit on the extra large bed.

These beds are barely large enough for our two labrador retrievers (approximately 70 & 80 pounds). I would not recommend these beds for any puppy or aggressive chewer.

Spencer: It is comfortable for my 85 pound German Shepherd, but would probably not be good as a stand alone bed for a two hundred pounder! It's not wide enough. Check out the ORVIS beds they get on STP (or check out ORVIS themselves). They can be expensive, but they are very durable and user friendly (easy to clean).

Yes! I bought this for my growing Newfoundland puppy. It is plenty big just not as thick and firm as higher priced items.

I would say no. Go with something much larger this one's only 28 x 40.

This would not be a good dog bed for a dog of your size.

This bed is just big enough for my 77 # Golden Retriever. I think the extra large Kimler would work better.

Nope. It would be good for a while but my 75 lb lab and my 25 cattle take up one whole bed. I have two but they sure are soft and easy to clean

This is must a lounging mat. The padding is not sutiable for a bed.
