I purchased new Komperdell trekking poles for my son and automatically bought these tips to go along with them. I (as well as 2 other hiking friends) purchased Komperdell poles from Sierra Trading post about 17 years ago, have used them on some of the most challenging bckpacking terrain in America and still use the same poles. A year after the initial purchase I bought these tips to use on paved areas and to cover the tips while the poles were packed. I still use the same tip covers.

I use my pair of Komperdell Walker Anti-shock UL canes every day walking to and from work and walking at my job (30 miles cumulative walking in a week with my pedometer) and I wear out one tip a year. That is a lot of miles, while maintaining grip with the wear. I have owned the canes for 4 years. They earned their 5 stars.

I'm not familiar with Komperdell Poles 4237C However, these tips have a 3/8 inch opening and are 1 1/2 inch long. They fit my German Walking Poles perfectly..... after being very snug when I was replacing the tips. Thick rubber or whatever material they're made of insure a long life.
