    I bought this Quiksilver Scratching the Surface Board Shorts it looked unusual. I would have given it 5 stars, but I think it needs to have an insert in order to get 5 stars. As it is, it is great, and I was surprised by how good it looked as I opened it up. It can be used both as beach wear and a pair of shorts. It has a bold, colorful print. It also was a no-brainer at the sale price.
