Raffi

Once I put it on, it became my new favorite sweater.

I returned to STP because I wanted another Raffi sweater - I had a couple and loved them.

I bought two of these; a white and a blue. I really don't know what to make of these...there's this wierd kind of stretchy thing going on; that on some level is kinda cool. On the other hand...is it a dress shirt or is it more a casual shirt (w/ the sleeve tabs)? Its just a strange shirt. I think I'll use the blue one for casual untucked - maybe even for fishing or boating, and the white one, pressed as a dress shirt. The jury's still out on these.

Appropriate for just about anywhere

This is not a very open weave, but it is not a very tight weave either. If you look closely at the weaving, there is an interesting pattern that does not show up in the photos. This is a perfect Spring and Fall sweater. This is possibly the only Raffi sweater on STP that is actually made in Italy (not China) and it shows in the workmanship and the great color. One caution about the sizing, though. My usual size in sweaters (even from Europe) was way too big in this sweater, and I had to return it and get the next size down, which fits me perfectly. Most often, clothing from Europe runs a bit small, but this is a rare exception. This sweater runs very large.

Beautiful olive color. Works well with the wool fabric. The basic military look of an OD zip neck is over accessorized with satin elbow patches. Just my taste. Others may like the effect. I find over-the-top.

I feel comfortable in using it everywhere. Nice stuff.

Attractive high-end shirt, but I missed the Hand Wash ONLY description. Regrettably returned.

Great summer look. Soft muted colors. Good fit. Well made. Lay of the collar works well with a sports coat as well.
