The shirt is a tight performance fit. My son will wear it with a silky under armor underneath because it is somewhat itchy at the seams. He loves the balance thing on the shirt....matches his bracelet.

I bought the size medium for my 11-year-old. He is 4'9" and weighs 64 lbs. The medium barely fits.

My son who is 4'10" and weighs 64 pounds could not wear the size medium. He wore the L, which is rated for a much larger person that his stats would suggest. The medium was too tight, so much so that he felt restricted in his breathing!

Great for those cold nights on the baseball field.

I was looking for a compression shirt and saw this in boys size. I thought I would try it, and boys L fits me like a glove. I am 5-2, 123 and I have worn this a couple dozen times since I got it in March. Well constructed, soft, and so moveable. Really, it is a great compression top, and it compresses, yet so comfy, really it feels like a second skin. I have been pleasantly surprised at how well it fits, feels and looks. I have even worn it to sleep in on colder nights, that's how comfy it is. I thought the mock turtle collar might be restrictive, but not at all.
