Though not stylish or dressy, this will be a great winter coat for temperate climates. It's roomy enough for adding adding a fleece layer for extra warmth. The interior pockets allow you to keep keep things like cell phones dry and functional. There is even a huge interior "pocket" on the left side with a 12" zipper that offers an enormous space between the lining and the exterior of the jacket. I'm not exactly sure what its purpose is unless it's for stashing your newspaper or tablet in a sudden downpour. I have yet to test its water resistance, but will later this year.

Well made jacket.Lining is to keep you warm. The sleeves are to long for me but the velcro closing helped to adjust the lenght. The fit is not ideal. The back is loose but it fit snugly around my chest.The price was so good that I kept it to go to the market and to walk around my backyard in the winter.

Wife bought this for moderate weather in Colorado. Likes the look and feel.
