Great Jacket with a Great fit! Would recommend to anyone looking for a light jacket!

bought this as a gift. Super quality for the price. Basic but it looks durable and well made. Very pleased with it. Also the color is good. I own jackets from Arc'Teryx and other high end companies and I was pleased with the fabric and quality. I would say however, that the xl I bought was almost too big for the person I gave it to. He usually wears american xl. So, I would say this is a generous sized xl, more standard american sizing than say a european "sporty" xl. Even then it leaves room for layering. All in all a very nice buy. With a insulation layer it should keep you pretty warm.

Another great deal from STP! Very solid soft shell. Looks very nice and fits me great. I am 6'2 and thin so i love the long sleeves. Not too baggy but enough room to wear another layer underneath. Very water proof but not very wind proof. I first wore it when it was very cold outside (-3 windchill) in the morning. The cold wind cut right through the jacket. Granted soft shells are meant to be mid layers, so not a huge deal. Great jacket for temps 30+ degrees by itself. Works great in colder weather by simply wearing a hoodie underneath for warmth as the jacket protects from moisture and helps with wind. Wished it had the chest pocket for phones, keys, etc.

Good buy, could use interior pocket.

The jacket is good for spring or fall. It's waterproof which is nice. The rain just beads up.

Great coat that looks snazzy and fits me well, though at 6'3" I might not be the most common size.

Jacket came just in time for a trip to Yosemite. The jacket is trim so if fits well under my shell. I found that it was perfect for the flight, for the office, cool enough to keep on inside unzipped, warm enough to go to the car. I hiked in it and appreciated the excellent water proofing, but felt over heated. (cold hands, sweaty arms.) That being said. Love the jacket for the price it can't be beat. ON the size I am 6'3" with a little spare change around the waist. And I feel it fits perfect. Not to tight around the waist as some fitted items, but long enough sleeves.

I like the long sleeve length and the high neck functionally, though they aren't as aesthetically pleasing as short ones. I wear this jacket in wind and rain often, and it does the job. Further, it is highly, almost unbelievably, durable. I wiped out on my mountain bike on asphalt while wearing this jacket over a few more layers. My arm and back were well abraded, but the jacket sustained no damage. I was very impressed.

I bought this to keep me warm and dry biking this fall/winter. Looks great, well made, fits great. Should do wonders to keep the cold off.

I just got the jacket so I have not used it "in the field" but the jacket seems very warm and very well made. I got it to keep me warm and dry so it should work great. It should be a nice jacket for biking. Nice sleeve and length for that. It fits well. I ordered a large 1st but exchanged it for a medium. I had lost weight and the large seemed to big for me now. I also ordered the Bark color 1st but I like the blue color from the 2nd order better. I am very pleased with the jacket and how easy it was to exchange. I'm new to Sierra Trading Post but they certainly did a Great job.
