Sierra Trading was accurate in describing fit for me when asked. Went for medium. She will need light weight shell to make up difference in fit. Fleece around chin strap is nice and helmet has neoprene attachment to seal out cold on forehead between goggles and helmet. nice idea. She is 15 and loves the color. It is pleasant and will grow with her vs her getting tired of it.

Question “my daughter's head measures 22 3/4 's with a liner, 22 1/2 without a shell underneath. Her current helment is a s/m with a 57 cm max. It pushes on her ears. We aren't sure what size to order her. any suggestions?”

Answer The small fits 22-22 3/4". The medium is 22 3/4- 23 1/2". Her current helmet is only 22.4 inches max. Our small would fit with or without a liner. The medium will fit with a liner only, it would be too large at its smallest setting without a liner.
