“Black ones not same as Brown ones”

“I bought a pair of the brown ones from my local Red Wing store and they were great (I have narrow feet, so the narrower than normal sizing was helpful--I normally wear AA width, but the B width is comfortable with heavy socks). I bought the same size in black from this site and had to send them back for a longer shoe. I think the difference isn't so much in length, as in HEIGHT. Somehow the toebox of the black shoe isn't as tall as the toebox of the brown shoe.”
