    HAD AN OLD FASHIONED HAND MADE RAWHIDE PAIR. WAS A BIG STEP TO GO TO THE NEW ALUMINUM STYLE. I LOVE THE BINDINGS. I HAVE THE ULTRA ONES WITH THE RATCHET. THE QUALITY SEEMS GREAT! THE SNOWSHOES ARE NOT FULL OF PLASTIC. I WAS VERY EXCITED TO FIND THEM MADE IN THE USA. IT WAS A MAJOR REASON WHY I CHOSE THESE. I LOVE THE BLACK/ORANGE COLOR SCHEME TOO.

    They work great, allow me to go where I wouldn't be able to go without them, so, what more can you really ask out of a pair of snowshoes? I will also add that they make it easy to keep a normal pace. I know that sometimes these sorts of things will slow you down, but not these. Get a pair and you won't regret it.
