Redfeather Hike Snowshoes - 30"

Awesome snowshoes and a great value!! Very easy to use for beginners and experienced alike!!

The bindings took a little getting used too but work better than I thought they would. Traction seems to be very good and flotation excellent, I ordered 30" and with clothes I'm probably a little over 200lbs. Bonus that they are US made.

it is relatively difficult to gauge differences in snowshoes once one is out on the snow. It boils down to ease of bindings and durability of decking, frame and construction. Red Feather always comes through but I'd personally hesitate buying an "advanced" snowshoe. I have 3 pairs, 2 Red Feather and 1 wooden [...] pair and I find all three easy to use and satisfactory for myself and guests. I'd no doubt buy these again at the great price of [$] that I paid.

[...] the tightening of the bindings could be improved for older people to use. we use snow shoes alot. great excersize.they are ok for the price.

We are first-timers and are very happy with our experience with these snowshoes.

Actually I gave this pair as a gift but happened to receive the same snowshoe but in a smaller size. Wore them next day in 5 feet of snow and they felt great. I had stopped wearing my older pair because they felt clumbsy. These are lighter and much more stable. They do not flip the snow up my back and do not sink into the snow as much as my old ones. I went to the STP site to order my husband a pair but they are gone. Anyone sending back a size 30?

Redfeather makes a great product. The "Hike" snowshoes are a great value. Easy to strap on with any boot and stay on securely. Makes going through the deep, heavy snow fun!

I bought these for my husband for Christmas. They are lightweight and are very easy to use. I plan on getting a pair for myself.

This product allows you to cover more territory in deep snow conditions.
