These are impressive little shoes. I walked down a steep embankment on ice covered with a layer of snow and the crampons were impressive. I haven't tried them in deep powder but I don't think they would be good due to their small size. They are light and easy to walk in. One drawback is that the teeth of the crampons make it hard to walk over tightly packed areas. Another con is that the tail kicks snow onto the back of your leg. Other than that, the shoes easily go on and off are well made.

So far so good, but I haven't had the opportunity to try these on ice yet. Lightweight and easy to get on and off.
