“100% waterproof ?”

“I own a million jackets suitable for cold and windy fishing weather. I purchased this jacket because it was a "wading" jacket and claimed to be "100% guaranteed waterproof" and breathable. After wearing it on a BC river in the rain for 3 hours, the rain completely soaked through and rendered the jacket useless. I will be returning the jacket as it was mearly but a sponge. I now question anything claiming to be "100% waterproof". I would say this jacket is, if anything, water resistant.”
