“This is my second Redington Reel to go on my third Redington Rod. It is sturdy light weight and as good as other equitable or higher priced reels. Good drag and secures to any rod easily. I have reels and rods from #3 wt to #12wt. This and my #12wt spey are going to Aruba for two weeks in December for Permit, Bone, Cuda and anything else, like a Tarpon that will accomodate them.It hold 250 yds of Cortland backing and #WF Cortland line.
