    I was looking for and all-around layer. This jacket doesn't fit well over or under other layers, it is just too stiff. I think it would work well for a mild, windy day. It is probably somewhat water resistant. It doesn't look good on me.

    Fit would be OK, if I didn't want to wear layers under it. Also, would prefer it just a bit longer. I think most would be OK with it, I am larger on top and that where it would be too tight.
