Redington Low Pressure Fishing Jacket - Waterproof (For Men)

This jacket is very lightweight, but is also waterproof and breathable so whether you need a light jacket for rain or if you are layering and don't want added bulk, this is the jacket for you. I love the way it feels on and it seems to perform well in the wind and rain. Cuffs have velcro and pockets are nice and big.

I bought this because it was a light breathable, waterproof jacket. I have not been in a heavy rain yet but so far I like it very much.

I gave this to my husband the morning we left for a day in Seattle - it poured all day. He loved how lightweight but durable the jacket is. It kept him dry all day - without him getting steamy inside. His only complaint is the lack of hand pockets - the chest pockets are great for venting, but in the wrong place for hands. He will enjoy this jacket for fishing, hiking, backpacking, watching rainy soccer games or driving his scooter around town.

Not waterproof as advertised. Material soaked up water, did not shed. Clothes inside were damp. And if you have 10 extra minutes each time you put it on, you might be able to get the zipper attached. I would be wary of all Redington products. This one hit the trash bin not long after a couple times out in the weather.
