Much better than expected

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Got the 7wt, 9'6" rod. I haven't used it on the water yet, but lined it and gave it a whirl in the back yard....tight loops and can generate plenty of line speed. I plan to use it as a backup for saltwater and freshwater....steelhead, bonefish, smallmouth bass. For a value rod with a lifetime warranty, I'm impressed with the quality. I've built several high end rods over the years and this one meets my quality standards.
