    I ordered a size M which translates to 32-34. There are 2 elastic straps for adjusting the waist size. Fully adjusted, the shorts were still a bit on the big side for me. I normally wear a size 32. I would say the shorts were cut for a size 34. I returned it. I would have kept it if it fits me better as I like the design and material.
