Reviewed by Mike K. from Austin, TX on Tuesday, April 14, 2015I couldn't be happier with these. Icebreaker makes the best wool clothing out there, and these are just another example of that. Super soft. Super comfortable. Able to wear them in a good range of temperatures. A really superb layer.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by NW Madman from Oregon on Thursday, March 12, 2015This is a superior garment is every respect -- the merino wool is very comfortable, it just feels and fits great! Although I received this at a discount as a discontinued product, I would still heartily recommend the RedRam clothing line.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by John doe from California on Monday, January 5, 2015Feels great. Keeps me worm and confterble. Size is good. Seems to be well made.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by rufus from Maine on Friday, January 2, 2015Comfortable, warm, never rode down. Just tried them out on a winter camping trip. It got down to 7 degrees and these really helped.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Bill the Skier from Wisconsin on Tuesday, December 16, 2014Great way to get icebreaker quality at reasonable prices. Fit good and works well for active outdoor work in cool or colder weather. Not warm enough for very cold and/or sedentary activity. Low bulk. I work outside in the winter and they work great.
Question & Answer
“What is the weight of these? Their pants seem to come in 150 (ultralight), 200 (lightweight), or 260 (midweight) g/m2, and I can't tell what these are.”
They are 200 GSM.
Item 4238V is •Lightweight base layer
Yes they have a functional fly.
“I'm a 30 waist, with 32 inseam usually....what size should I get? Not worried how far they reach, more so the waist.”
I have a 31 waist and the small fit perfectly. I think small should fit a 30 waist very well also.
Inseam on a size medium is 30" and if they are machine washed shrinking is a possibility
