As stated in product overview order 1/2 up. I was very excited about this product based on lightness, quality of materials, and looks. Excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I put on and shoe had a very odd fit and heel serverely slips. Will be returning product.

I'd gotten to where I was limiting runs to 3-4 miles because I'd feel it in the knees later, current shoe low mileage Gel Kayanos. I had ordered these for future use but just for kicks decided to wear them one day - what a difference! Matter of fact - I had a Forrest Gump moment, I just kept running. Had to stop myself at 6 miles. Felt like I was running on a cloud. Next time out - same experience, 6 miles gone before I knew it and no soreness whatsoever the next day. Tremendous traction on wet surfaces. The shoes aren't 100% perfect, the sole feels stiff. On toe off and on steep ups feels like they want to come off my heel. Even though the tops are mesh the shoe still feels warm. This shoe has me looking forward to the next run. Welcome back Reebok.

Other than that, he liked the shoe. The arch in the shoe was average, but my husband has a very high arch so that could be why it was too tight for him. So that means I'm sending them back.
