    I bought this jacket mainly for fall/winter jetty and surf fishing in the North East. I was looking for warmth and waterproof, and was hoping i could find something that I could wear with chest waders. This jacket is PERFECT for this application, and althouth the description doesn't come out and say it, it seeems that it was pretty much designed to be used with waders. Even the hand warmer pockets are up high, which would be very awkward unless you are in a pair of chest high waders. I am very happy with the qualitity and the price
