This is a versatile belt but in no way is it Italian, as the name would imply. I like the syle and the fact that it's reversible, but in both cases where I've purchased it, one of the two screws which attaches the "leather" to the buckle has come partially undone. The belt still functions, but I'm concerned that the buckle will come off at some inopportune moment.

I own a belt of nearly identical construction which needed replacing because of its age and the ugly wear spots in the leather. I definitely wear my clothing to the end.
This belt is of good quality in general, though the leather is significantly stiffer than the one I currently own (remembering when it was new). This stiffness may turn some off. I don't necessarily see it as an issue unless its lack of suppleness causes the belt to tear or crack overtime.
