I live in a ski town and put in alot of days on the mtn. I really like how stiff and responsive these boots are compared to how light and compact they are. I condsider myself an advanced rider. Boots are light and have good support. I am using these boots with Ride bindings as well. The double BOA is worlds better than the single BOA. However, these boots are falling apart after about 20 outings. Stiching is coming out on a critical seem causing performance issues. Ride Bindings are wearing holes in the side of the heel on both boots. I bought this boot with the goal of finding something that was going to be top of the line in performance and last me a few seasons. This boot didn't last ONE season! Ride is a pain to deal with because you must go through a dealer to try to warranty their products. At least S.T.P will make things better if Ride won't!

These boots promise to deliver the control and response that I have been seeking. They are stiff---rated 9 of 10. Construction/design seems of quality/good engineering.

These boots are insanely responsive. I had Salomon F22 for at least 4 years, and it was a good responsive boots. Unfortunately the integrity of the boots was giving out (can't complain after 4 years of heavy riding), and it is hard to adjust the lacing (no dualzone). So that was my primary reason for getting the BOA dualzone.

These boots are insanely easy to adjust, so it fits snugly. The boots are about half a size larger than I'm used to, but due to the BOA system, it can be adjusted to fit nicely. Ankle hold is solid, with still plenty of room to move my toes around. No pinch points either.

The only issue i have with these boots, are that the internal tongue has some velcros on both sides, to be secured to the inside liner. However, the width of the tongue could be longer, because for my calf, they barely made contact with the velcro, causing the tongue to shift around when i'm riding. I might have to make some modification, but that's the only gripe I have. I also can't comment on the durability yet, since I've only ridden for a day.
