My teenage son needed a pair of ski pants; he does not snowboard. The fit was much baggier than he wanted and the fabric was very stiff. This may just be a difference between ski pants and snowboard pants, but he does not like them so we are sending them back. Otherwise they appeared to be well-made and sturdy.

Bought these at the last minute for a ski trip to Banff. Great choice. Warm, functional (many pockets) and Great color (Olive). They fit perfect ( I am 5-8, 180 lbs, and I bought Med.). The only issue, is their water repellancy rating (5,000-10,000). For the price, a Great Value.

Very pleased with Ride insulated waterproof snowboard pants. Will be using for skiing. Quality construction, adjustable waist, manufacturer calls "classic fit" meaning straight legs, not bootleg cut like Phinney snowboard model. User is hockey player with muscular lower body, small waist who doesn't like low rise pants. Outer shell is soft, non noisy, non slip waterproof material. I noted this brand was worn by many snowboarders in the 2014 Olympics.
