At his age and body built, we have a hard time getting a good size since his body is in the transitioning stage outgrowing from youth to adult small. As an all round athlete built for soccer and cross country, xs fits him like a glove. He could use a size larger. However, the sleeves were way too long. It was at least 4-inches past the finger tips with arms outstretched. Not sure if this was a defect or that's how it was designed. We decided to return it.
