    I wear an 11.5, ordered the 12s and they'll work (heel straps adjust). They're very comfortable right out of the box. The one serious disappointment is that the leather is lined with synthetic leather (how could they?) and I don't look forward to sweating in them. I kept them anyway because I really wanted cute red shoes.
