Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Fabric is lightweight which is perfect for a guy who isn't comfortable wearing bulky sweaters. Can be machine washed and layed flat to dry, but will dry clean to preserve slight sheen of fabric. Also, size fits perfect, but concerned with what washing may do to it.
