    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    The twill has a nice look and feel, but that is all the good I can say about these pants. It was not a hearty wool twill, but a thin wool twill. One side (left/right) of the pants looked larger than the other; one pocket was smaller than the other; and the the crotch area rode very high. The overall cut was unflattering.

    Wool twill is one of the great overlooked fabrics. These particular pants are extremely well made, and fully comparable to the Johnson Mills and Filson alternatives at twice the STP price. FWIW, these are nice enough that I'll probably try another Riviera product--they are in a league with Hilti and superior (in my opinion) to the Lambourne stuff that STP carries.

    The Riviera wool twill pants are of excellent quality and weave. i was looking for a heavier pant to go along with my flannels and the comfort and weight are excellent. Buying another pair as well.
