Robert Graham Fancy Sport Coat - Cotton (For Men)

i would certainly order the jacket again. i have a numbber of R Graham shirts and i love them

Was looking for a Kroon Linen Jacket, but found this Robert Graham cotton blazer with high peak lapels as a worthy alternative. It is more substantial in feel than expected. If not for the orange-red buttons, it might look too dressy. The sleeves arrived curiously buttoned -- the left was not consistent with the right - noticed it when I turned up the sleeves - will take to Tailor to fix. But the sleeves are lined in satin and the area has a small stripe of satin that shows nicely when rolled up slightly for the casual look. It's a bit longer in the sleeves than a Kroon 42R - but then, these sleeves can be turned up for the more casual look.

I am usually a perfect size 40. This jacket was at least one size too big.

This is a fantastic fabric and color. The orange parts of three of the buttons were missing, so we had to replace all of the buttons to have a match. Also, there was a 2 or 3 inch segment of one of the seams that the manufacturer missed sewing up. Fortunately my wife could get to it with her sewing machine and finish the manufacturer's work. We wound up with a great 5 star sport coat.

The best thing about the jacket is that it's fun to wear. Have to be comfortable having a little flash in the outfit - bright red buttons and a funky print on the inside of the jacket, plus a pretty severe angle for the lapels. Was just on the edge for me, but I'm enjoying it.
