“I have high instep, narrow heel, med. toe width. I thought about exchanging for half size smaller, but since the arch hits me too far back and it's a roomy shoe, instead I added additional inserts. It still slips a bit in the heel, but doesn't fall off and feels OK. They do get dirty easily, but brush clean just as easily so far.”
