    I have high instep, narrow heel, med. toe width. I thought about exchanging for half size smaller, but since the arch hits me too far back and it's a roomy shoe, instead I added additional inserts. It still slips a bit in the heel, but doesn't fall off and feels OK. They do get dirty easily, but brush clean just as easily so far.

    These are so comfortable and easy to slip on and off. My only complaint is that they are rubbing a blister on the back of my heel/ankle where the leather rises higher on the back of the shoe. I think the shoes will stretch and it will be fine. They are too comfortable otherwise to send back.

    This would have been a nice pair of shoes to wear at work, as I am on my feet during my entire shift. Unfortunately, there seems to be a design flaw regarding arch support. It seems to sit too far back in the shoe, hitting the front part of my heel. This makes it rather uncomfortable, bordering on painful when walking. As a result, I am left with no other choice but to return them. Too bad.....
