“the comfort is misleading”

“When I first tried these shoes on, I thought they were very comfortable. Then I wore them just to walk a couple of blocks down the street and had to take them off as soon as I got home, because the leather straps were rubbing the tops of my feet. They rubbed so badly on my left foor, I have scabs a week later. I am hoping that if I can break them in, I'll be able to wear them....just not sure how to break them in without wearing them. I like the look of them, and the comfort of the sole, so I'd really like to be able to wear them. Very disappointed.”
