Rogue Lilly Sandals (For Women)

These sandles look great, but not as comfortable as I had hoped for. I normally wear Teva sandles which I feel are a more comfortable shoe/sandle. I am normally a size 8-8.5, but as I have Teva sandles in 8 and they fit chose 8 in this brand, but most likely if I had gone for the 8.5 I may have got a complete better outcome with the sandle.

Sweet little chunky leather sandal. I took a chance and bought 1/2 size small since that was the only size left, and they are a bit smaller than I would choose, but because of the high quality of the leather and the good construction they will break in well. It will be worth it. They have a classic look and feel that will mean they will be cute long after they are broken in.

I like the looks, but the straps are a bit narrow and seem to cut into my feet. Hope they will improve with wear.

I really wanted these sandals but for some reason my heels kept coming out toward the inside of the sandal(hard to explain). It was like my foot wouldn't stay straight in the shoe - had to send them back.

Because soft leather straps do stretch with wear, a heavy sole like on these sandals will could cause the straps to break or stretch out and cause the sandal to become lose and possibly dangerous because a person could twist their ankle and/or fall off of the shoe.

When I first tried these shoes on, I thought they were very comfortable. Then I wore them just to walk a couple of blocks down the street and had to take them off as soon as I got home, because the leather straps were rubbing the tops of my feet. They rubbed so badly on my left foor, I have scabs a week later. I am hoping that if I can break them in, I'll be able to wear them....just not sure how to break them in without wearing them. I like the look of them, and the comfort of the sole, so I'd really like to be able to wear them. Very disappointed.

I sent them back. I ordered a 6 though I always wear a 5 1/2 or 5. They fit, but I felt they would not conform to my feet well enough over time, simply because they're not designed to conform or fit. I think I am just used to a higher quality of shoe and overall design. If I needed another occasionally-worn shoe in my collection, I would have kept them, because the style is great.

A bit heavier than I usually wear

I have been looking for 2+ years to find a pair of black sandals that I could wear to work (business casual) and walk all over campus that would give me proper support, traction, and mobility. I wear size 5.5 (impossible to find shoes that fit, typically), Sierra said to order up a half size, so I did. The result: a comfortable, nice-looking, and inexpensive pair of sandals that might last me 2 more years of heavy walking.
