“Way too wide”

“I sought these shoes for support - particularly heel stability and arch support - in a casual shoe for daily, in-home wear. My left foot measures to 11.5. My right is closer to 11. My foot width is clearly medium. I generally do well with an 11.5 medium. My foot was swimming in the shoes I ordered at that size. I sent them back for a pair of 11s. The length is OK, if a tad short, but the shoes are incredibly loose, and despite a fine, cushioned insole and sole, consequently unstable. Unfortunately, my wife tossed out the box, so I'm stuck with them. The price was great. The construction seems solid. But I don't know whom they would fit.”
