Rogue Mariposa Sandals (For Women)

After the difficult break-in time (cut into top of foot until they stretched a bit), I stuck with these because of the excellent foot bed. Great support for standing during kitchen chores, waiting for the school bus, even loved them at the amusement park. During the second summer of constant wear, they stretched to the point that they became so loose I started getting blisters if I walked more than a mile in them. Extremely durable and supportive, but the style and leather make the fit iffy for walking. Except for the natural stretching of the leather, after two years my pair is still in great condition. Perfect if you do a lot of standing but not much walking.

These shoes are very cute and exactly what I wanted as far as the style for a slip on, but they are extremely uncomfortable. They are very stiff and hurt across the top of the foot. Hoping that all they need to do is loosen or soften up.

This is a very well-made shoe, that I like very much. After much deliberation, I've decided to return them. They have a very snug fit, with no side gores to give a little extra room. The looks and contruction are excellent. However I've decided they could never be broke in because the leather is so stiff. I've never before seen a leather shoe as stiff as this one. Ordering a half a size bigger may help, but I doubt it.

These are a little stiff, but I've been wearing them a lot and they are breaking in nicely. Have not gotten blisters from them.

These shoes are painful. They hurt the minute I put them on. The top of my foot screamed.

The tops of my feet were bruised and swollen after a day of wearing these.

I love Rogue shoes - I purchased two pairs in different styles. These sandals are comfortable once broken in - the upper leather is stiff and tends to cut into your feet. Once the leather softens from wear they are easier to wear. The footbed is very comfortable.

I was a little apprehensive about trying Rogue Sandals since I'm not familiar with the brand. After trying them on and walking on them, my worries were gone. They are as comfortable as many of the other line of comfortable shoes for women.

The foot base of the sandals is very comfortable, but the top part that goes over your foot doesn't have any give when you take a step. As a result, after wearing the shoes for some time, the top of my foot starts to hurt.

These are very cute shoes, well made and great support, but I had to send them back because it hurt across the top of my foot when I walked where the leather starts. Maybe if I kept them they would have broke-in.
