“Was expecting a little better quality”

“Have been looking for a pair of casual black shoes to wear with jeans or khakis etc. Thought these would fit the bill. The shoe is very light, so light in fact that when I walk, especially on hard surfaces they almost make a hollow sound. The toebox is very spacious with no problems there. My real issue with these shoes is the insole, it just feels very hard. I have placed a memory foam insert inside, which helps but I still feel it should be more comfortable. Have tried using the arch support inserts but they were of no use to me. I'm really trying to like these shoes and have worn them now probably at least 7 times trying to break them in. Will give them a few more strolls to see what happens.”
