“I like everything about them visibly, but buying mens shoes is tricky - why does this men's shoes only come in wide? Or why isn't there a shoe like this for women? Having 2 slightly diff size feet doesn't help. In this case it means one heel is digging in worse. I wore them in the rain so I guess they're mine now! My shoe repair person tried stretching the back of the heel so it wouldn't hit my heel & also raised it w/heel insert under my heel. That didn't really do it - I need simultaneously to narrow the heel space and soften the top edge that my heel feels - am trying that sort of foam that comes surrounding computer cards or drives! I would think this all might apply to men wearers also, so pass these comments onto manufacturers. thanks”
