“I commute via foot with a backpack daily, so regular socks don't cut it for me. I found these to be adequate in construction, fiber content, and cushioning--they do seem well-made--but they would not be my first choice for actually backpacking. I ordered size M for my size 8.5 women feet and they are just a little bit too large--my boyfriend will be happy to get them. Still a good value.”
