Rohner Trekking Hiking Socks (For Men and Women)

LOVE these socks. They fit great in all types of shoe, slipper or boot. Comfortable, wicking and just plain wonderfully warm. Great price, thanks Sierra!

Bought these same socks in early 90's as gifts. The last of 4 pairs finally wore through the heel and Sierra luckily had some left in stock!

Weird...they look wrong side out. Are they supposed to be that way? Also, ok to wear with tennis shoes, but the band around the leg is very loose and will end up falling down by the end of the day. I wouldn't recommend them for wearing with any kind of boots.

LOVE USING THEM IN THE HOUSE GREAT SLIPPERS... MY FEET STAY WARM WHILE RIDING..THATS GREAT BECAUSE WHEN JUST SETTING ON A SADDLE YOUR NOT GETTING ALOT OF CIRULATION...MY SISTER LOVES THEM ALSO...THEY WEAR OUT FAST CAUSE I USE THEM ALL THE TIME...i CALL THEM MY MONKEY SOCKS.

The only bad thing I could say about these Rohner socks is that STP doesn't have them in a mens' 10 right now!!. I never thought I would wear wool socks to work in the warmer months, but I started when I didn't have any clean cotton socks one day. Much to my surprise, they actually feel more breathable and wick away moisture better than cotton does!! The dense wool bottoms provide a lot of cushion for those 12-14 hour shifts, and I honestly can't believe how good my feet still feel at the end of the day. PLEASE STP, keep your good relations with Rohner, and get us more of these wonderful socks!!

Wonderful socks,the most comfortable ever. I've been wearing them for more than a decade. Over time, with machine wash and dry, the wool under foot thickens and felts, making them even warmer. Only reason I didn't rate them as perfect is that in recent years the fiber feels different, less wooly and a bit flimsier. Still good, just not as good. And I would be so happy if they'd bring back the knee length. Had to resort to cutting the high tops from worn out bottoms to pull over shorter socks, for the coldest days.

These were a little taller than I expected but all in all, they are great socks.

These socks kept my feet dry and warm for over a day straight. Even after I took them off, dipped my feet in icy cold water and put them back on before drying my feet completely, my feet were once again dry and warm, within minutes. I could have kept these socks on for days if I had to. I plan on buying more. If you run into problems with clammy feet, these are the socks for you.

Didn't realize they were men's but, they still fit alright...and wondered why they are packaged inside out and I feel the packaging is rather elaborate and could be more enviornmentally friendly without all the cardboard, all in all I love Rohner socks......

Life is too short to not have good socks
