    I've heard about these for years and couldn't pass up the great price here at Sierra to finally see if they were all that. They are! Seams can't be felt, they're cozy and cushy and warm, the elastic is not too tight or too loose. Somebody still makes 'em like they used to.

    These socks are so soft & cushy with the fuzzy part on the outside, I just love them. Backpacking with lots of weight on your back, you need some extra cushioning in your boots. These are the socks I go to every time. Never had a problem with blisters or bunching, they fit snugly and give that extra cushioning I seem to need.

    Great padding which helps with a pair of shoes that runs too large. The ankle portion of the sock isn't very tight though so will likely end up as bagging around my ankles. I'll still wear them - they seem okay other than the fit on the ankle.

    These are warm socks with good cushioning on the footbed. I have purchased these in the past and am pleased with their performance. Because of their thickness, I only wear these with a boot that is a half size bigger than I normally wear.

    Weird...they look wrong side out. Are they supposed to be that way? Also, ok to wear with tennis shoes, but the band around the leg is very loose and will end up falling down by the end of the day. I wouldn't recommend them for wearing with any kind of boots.
