Romika Bali 16 Sandals - Leather (For Women)

I loved them so much, I ordered them in two colors.

My first pair of Romaki's. I love the arch support and the cupped heel. I wore these to work the first day; got lots of complements, and the top straps only chafed for a little bit. This is more of a decorative, sylish sandal than I am use to but my shoe wardrobe needed an update and this sandal definely qualified.

I wear a 5 1/2 shoe, but most of the 36 sizes are just too big (long). I kept this pair because they were so cute and well made, and other Romikas I had were my favorites. However, when I tried to leave the house and wear them for the first time, I realized in walking around the house that they were in fact too big. Now I will return them. At least I finally figured out that 36 is too big for my feet, and I won't order 36 again. The shoe is great, though, if it will fit you!

The leather was a bit too stiff and I didn't want to have to break a pair of sandals in.

These sandals run true to European sizing.I have wide feet with a high arch, and typical US sized shoes require a trip to the Cobblers for stretch and custom fit. Not with these sandals ! It took a brief "breaking in ", for the leather to soften a bit. I took these sandals on vacation, walked and danced extensively in them, and wore them to many different functions. They were perfect !! Many compliments on them as well.

I ordered one size smaller after reading the other reviews and the shoes fit wonderfully.

These shoes were comfortable from the moment I put them on. They are true to size for me. I wear an 8 1/2 and ordered the size 39. My feet are a little wider than average across the toes, but my heels are average width. If you have a narrow to average width foot I can see where the shoes might feel a little too big.

A good quality shoe is important to me. I need support and good cushion so my feet don't hurt. When I put these sandals on they were very comfortable, no need to break in. Very light weight.

These were to be my everyday; house, shopping, barbecue sandal. I love them and they are comfortable while still being a cute. Problem is that they are too big. I wear a 5 1/2 - 6 and ordered the 36 which should be a 5 - 5 1/2. The 36 is a generous 6 (maybe a 6 to 6 1/2.) Just FYI, if you are between sizes, order down. I didn't return them, because it's a pain, and I wore them in an emergency to host a barbecue. Then they were "worn."

Beautiful shoe and very comfortable, I first ordered in black, and now ordered the brown. I have arthritic feet and these shoes have good arch support and feel great.
