This is the first time in a LONG time that I've worn a size 12 and my feet have felt uncomfortably pinched. I was consistently feeling pins and needles in my right foot over the first couple of days. The shoe eventually loosened up a bit, but if I had to do it over again I'd buy a half size larger than I normally wear. It's still a little more snug than I would like.
