    These boots are super comfortable right out of the box. I wear them about 12 hours a day and they feel just as good at the end of the day. They wash off easy if you get them covered in muck and mudd.

    This boots sole has been changed. The pair I purchased 3 years ago provided good traction on ice and snow. This pair will not, the sole is too slick and they cannot be worn for the purpose which they were purchased for.

    Love this style; had a pair got too tight because of heel spur; this pair fixes that! Go to lots of western-wear type functions; feel appropriately attired in these fun and stylish boots. Don't ride anymore; but I think they would work with a modified stirrup.

    I have another pair of these that are just a bit too small across the top of my foot. I ordered these a half size larger and they fit perfectly. I wore them all night to the rodeo without breaking them in and they didn't bother my feet at all!

    I have always worn Fatbabies and never tried Roper's version. Glad I did because these are so much more comfortable than Fatbabies! These Roper's have an extra thin layer of padding that goes all the way down to the heel to prevent hotspot/blister formation (which I always got from my Fatbabies) and keeps your foot a little cooler. This is very important for me as I use these for my work boots and I am on my feet 12 hours a day. Plus, I wear a 10.5, which I have never found in the Fatbabies. The faux ostrich looks pretty close to real to me. Thanks, Roper, for one-upping Ariat! Now all I need is to find these in the bright colors Ariat makes!
