Roper Ricochet Chunky Rider Boots - Leather (For Women)

My sole purpose buying from STPost is to get products that I can not afford retail: closeouts, overstock, and last-season models, that are out of my reach normally being on fixed income, are possible. Roper is a sure bet for me; this product is a replacement for worn-out boots. The lower heel, roomy toe, and sole thickness suits "older" feet; for me, Ropers don't seem to need breaking in and after a couple of wearings looks like these boots will follow that rule. If you are looking for a general wearing casual boot for jeans and skirts that shouldn't cause discomfort, take a look. If you need a walking boot choose a lace-up like the Roper low- and high-top athletic "Horseshoes" (which are excellent). Since this product is made in China I would feel bad about paying retail price--if you feel the same way and can afford it, look for made in USA products instead.

Bought these to ride in, but so cute and comfortable I wear them all the time. Have another pair of Roper boots that lasted 14 years, hope these do too! Just a bit stiff at first but broke in right away without any discomfort.

I have to have something that is supportive and comfortable on my feet and these sure fit the bill. An added feature is that they are attractive. I am very happy with them and would recommend them to others.

These boots are comfortable the moment they go on your feet. There is no long and painful breakin period. You will not need to use any stretchers on them. They are perfect right out of the box. Roper sure designed these boots for the customer. I just love these boots!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These are great boots, a little stiff out of the box, but I think with a little wear they will loosen up nicely. All in all a great boot for the price.

I hardly ever order boots online as I have a wide foot and high instep. However due to comments I read that said they run wide I took a chance. I do have to wiggle a bit to get in, but once they're on they are really comfortable. It is hot summer right now so haven't been able to wear them yet but am so excited about them and know I'll get a lot of use out of them.

I have to say this is the first pair of boots that with very little effort - 2 hours of break in - that fit and feel comfy right from the get go. I have a wide foot, and these boots are perfect, and more comfortable than all my higher end manufactured brand boots combined. I will be ordering a second pair to keep as a back up for the future.

These are one of four pairs of boots I purchased from Sierra Trading Post. I kept 3 out of 4 because they were priced right, comfortable, and stylish. I will use them for riding horse and motorcyle. You have to the right color boots to match your shirts anyway!!!

Great fit for a hard to fit foot; went right to work in the pasture, but look good enough to dust off and wear to town too!

These are so cute, easy to put on. I sized up a half size from my normal and that is perfect with a medium weight sock. Get some before they're gone!
