    I have had the reel for only a short time, but I am pleased with the purchase. The model I purchased is the R-1 for a 3 wt. Scott rod and it matches perfectly with that. The reel looks well made and finish is very good. The lifetime warranty from Ross is always a plus. Time will tell how well the reel stands up but I expect it to do that. [...]

    I recently purchased the Ross Rythym reel and use it on a 4wt rod. This past weekend was my first time using it, and my initial impression of teh reel is great! It seems to be well made and I intend to get a lot of complication free use out of it.
