“Just got these boots and have only used them a few times. These boots are great on tracks, or off tracks on level terrain. The upper part of the boot lacks adjustability, and therefore ankle support, making the boot unsuitable for real backcountry skiing and completely unsuitable for trying to do tele turns. Overall a much better boot than its Alpina counterparts. I had some Alpina's BC boots that hurt my feet really bad (they actually got worse over time) and leaked through the soles pretty badly.”
