Rossignol BC X7 Nordic Ski Boots - BC NNN (For Men)

I've had these boots for 4 years and they have been great. I'm almost always breaking trail and ski 100+ miles per winter. The boots are still in excellent condition. I have long skinny skis (205's), and this combination is best for touring. The boots provide good support, but as you can see they do not have buckles so are not designed for making turns. The only problem I have had is a worn spot in the liner and occasional hot spots on my heel when skiing in warm weather. I would buy them again, but it does not look like I will need to anytime soon.

I have had these boots for under a year, one of the gaiter d rings has torn off the boot. One of the ankle straps has torn, an easy fix with needle and thread. Overall a good warm boot to get into the sport, but it wont last for years and years!

Boots need special NNN BC bindings! Make a creaking sound when moving - annoying...

Great boot, Fits my foot well. I have the magnum bindings and BC70 skis. Provide more than enough torque for nice turns.

The sizing was very disappointing. Too small in length and width. Had to return.

Excellent service and great product. I did have to go up one size metric to get the right fit, but they are true to Rossingnol sizing.

Just got these boots and have only used them a few times. These boots are great on tracks, or off tracks on level terrain. The upper part of the boot lacks adjustability, and therefore ankle support, making the boot unsuitable for real backcountry skiing and completely unsuitable for trying to do tele turns. Overall a much better boot than its Alpina counterparts. I had some Alpina's BC boots that hurt my feet really bad (they actually got worse over time) and leaked through the soles pretty badly.

I spend a lot of time breaking trail, I also do moderate BC trails. These boots are great on trails, but are not great for BC (ungroomed) use.

I purchased this boot one size larger than my normal boot and that made all the difference. For the price, these offer great stablilty, low break-in time, and appear durable. I think Rossi. uses a regular last (form) and then pumps them up with all their insulation/padding thus making them about a size smaller in the process.

Very well designed, solid feel, with no Achilles irritation. Hinged upper can be opened for easier walking. Stable enough for solid turns.
