“My leather Asolo 3-pin boots broke down at the end of last season after many years of serving their purpose marvelously. Never convinced of the touted advantages of the NNN ski system and being quite attached to my skis and bindings, I began the search to replace my boots. Though hoping to find leather boots, I came across these Rossignols and decided to give them a try. Trying them on, I immediately noted my toes touching the front of the boot (but with plenty of wiggle room) so was a little concerned how they were going to work once out on the snow. A couple of weeks ago, I skiied with them for the first time on a day when the temperature was in the teens. I was delighted with how warm my feet remained for the couple of hours I was out and the seeming shortness of the boot caused no discomfort at all. Plus the ankle support is beyond anything I have experienced prior to now. One concern I have though is how an extended walk (off the skis) will feel since I notice toe contact with the boot more when walking. Overall, I am quite pleased with these boots.”
